At any given time in History, God identifies peculiar needs throughout nations and seek for a particular individual or a group of people to address those needs
There are in the regard various examples found in the scriptures; from Genesis to Revelations.
Two major questions that call for answers are;
- What are God’s needs in the Nations of the World?
- Who are the ones God is seeking for to address these needs?
